1) Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") of Northstar Labs LLC (hereinafter "Seller") apply to all contracts for the supply of goods concluded between a customer (hereinafter "Customer") and the Seller via the Seller's online store. The inclusion of the Customer's own terms is hereby objected to unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 These Terms also apply accordingly to contracts for the supply of vouchers unless otherwise specified.
2) Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Product descriptions in the Seller's online store are not binding offers but serve for the Customer to submit a binding offer.
2.2 The Customer can submit the offer using the online order form integrated into the Seller's online store. By clicking the button concluding the ordering process, the Customer submits a legally binding offer regarding the goods in the shopping cart.
2.3 The Seller may accept the Customer's offer within five days by sending an order confirmation in text form (e.g., by email), by delivering the ordered goods, or by requesting payment. If several of these apply, the contract is concluded when the first one occurs.
2.4 If payment is processed via a third-party provider (e.g., PayPal), the contract is concluded upon confirmation by that payment service provider.
2.5 The contract text is stored by the Seller and sent to the Customer in text form after the order is placed.
2.6 The contract language is English.
2.7 Order processing and communication take place via email. The Customer must ensure that the email address provided is correct and able to receive messages.
3) Return Policy
3.1 30-Day Return Policy: We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy for unused products. "Unused" means the item must not have been operated or used and must be in its original condition and packaging.
3.2 To start a return, contact us at support@doyoo.com. Return shipping is at the Customer's expense and risk unless otherwise agreed or unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
4) Prices and Payment Conditions
4.1 Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where required. Shipping costs are indicated separately.
4.2 For orders shipped internationally, additional costs such as customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4.3 Payment options are communicated in the Seller's online store.
4.4 Payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
5) Delivery and Shipping Conditions
5.1 Delivery occurs to the shipping address specified by the Customer.
5.2 If delivery fails due to Customer fault, the Customer bears reasonable resulting costs.
5.3 Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon handover of the goods to the Customer or a designated recipient.
5.4 Where the Customer arranges third-party shipment, risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.
5.5 Self-collection is not available.
6) Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until payment has been received in full.
7) Limited Warranty
7.1 Products are covered by a limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects under normal use, as described on the applicable product page or warranty documentation.
7.2 This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, external factors, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification or repair.
7.3 This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
8) Redemption of Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified validity period and conditions. They are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
9) Redemption of Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for products in the online store. They are valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase.
10) Extended Warranty
A voluntary 5-year warranty extension applies to the DOYOO AirPro Supersonic High-Performance Hairdryer, covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use. Processing and shipping fees of USD 24.90 apply for warranty claims.
11) Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Except for the limited warranty expressly stated above, the services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. The Seller's total liability is limited to the purchase price paid by the Customer. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
12) Use of Third-Party Services
The Seller may engage third-party service providers (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal) for service delivery. The Seller is not responsible for the performance of these services except in cases of negligent selection or supervision.
13) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction. Any mandatory consumer protection rights available to the Customer under the laws of their state of residence remain unaffected.
14) Dispute Resolution
The Seller is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
